Kent initiates engagement with your team by booking a weekly check-in meeting on a Monday or Friday to help the sales team which may need additional support, agency intelligence, custom data dips, marketing material guidance, bid/no bid decisions, trade show ideas and recommendations, custom call-scripts, new agency action plans, background checks on potential teaming partners, and any type of guidance tied to the federal marketplace. Some clients have used Kent to train new team members beyond the recordings of the Three-Step program, find new sales team members (saving you on recruiting fees), as well as find other market experts such as proposal managers, pricing experts, GSA Schedule consultants, website developers and teaming partners. Eileen does not up-charge the services of the other experts. She just finds the best in the business for you and you will sign an agreement directly with them.
